The Navy Club is a group of parents who meet the second Tuesday of
each month at 7:00 pm in the LBHS NJROTC classroom. If you are unable
to attend but would like to request a copy of the minutes you can email
Rita Ellis, who is our
Webmaster. Please include the month requested and a return email address.
Officers
Office of the President: Cindy Stephenson
The President shall preside at all general membership
and Executive Committee meetings. He/she guides the discussion of topics,
remains aware of activities by committees, and must coordinate efforts,
so that the NAVY CLUB works together as a unit.
Office of the Vice-President: June Rochek
The Vice President shall assist the President at the
President's request, and shall accept all duties of the President upon
the absence of the President.
Office of the Secretary: Mariann Bond
The Secretary will keep minutes of the General Membership
and Executive Committee Meetings, and present minutes at
the following General Meeting or Executive Committee meeting, for approval
by the General Membership or Executive Committee, as applicable. Upon
approval, the minutes are adopted. The Secretary is custodian of the records
of meetings, and other items as deemed appropriate by the Executive
Committee. Upon completion of the Secretary's term, all records will be
relinquished to the incoming Secretary. (Note: By a majority vote of the
Executive Committee, an Assistant Secretary may be appointed. The Assistant
Secretary is under the direction of the Secretary.)

Office of the Treasurer: Craig Stephenson
The Treasurer is the custodian of all NAVY CLUB funds. All funds of
the NAVY CLUB are to be retained in a separate account with the Treasurer
responsible for all transactions. Financial reports shall be given at
each General Membership and Executive Committee Meetings.
Judge Advocate: Rita Ellis
Shall be appointed by President elect and whose name shall be placed
before the Executive Committee at the first meeting following his/her
appointment, for confirmation by a majority of its members present.
It is the duty of the Judge Advocate to answer all questions pertaining
to interpretations of the by-laws, to chair the By-Laws Committee, and
to preside at any hearing or inquiry pertaining to the Navy Club or
its members.
