After cadets pass the required safety course, they are permitted to compete in Rifle Team Competitions. Using .177 caliber air rifles, cadets shoot at a distance of 10 meters. Matches we participate in include Sporter class postals and shoulder to shoulder matches. The Rifle Team is a very useful and exciting experience, saftey being the main priority. The three best marksmen in practice will compete in each postal or match. Shooting is a useful skill to learn and the rifle team will help to hone the participating cadets skills.
